Q: I am arriving on 25th Jan and staying at The Carriage House for the early arrival days. 1) Can we choose 2 Night Hotel Stay in the Carriage House since we are already staying there before hand? 2) So if we decide to take the tour, it will be starting on 28th Jan Sat, and the tour will depart for LA on a Monday. In LA, I am staying at The Orchid Suite (1753 Orchid Ave, Hollywood, CA, 90028 ), can the tour bus drop us there? 3) For the Grand Canyon West, is there any entrance fee needed? Or additional hidden fee? Hope to hear fr you soon as my dates are drawing nearer. Thanks!

1. This tour generally offers accommodations at the Stratosphere hotel and casino.
This tour does not offer the Carriage House for accommodations during the tour.
2. This tour 2-358 does not offer pick up in Los Angeles.

To join this tour if you are already in San Francisco, you have 2 options:
1. Meet your tour guide at the airport at a time that is convenient for you between the complimentary pickup times.
2. Self-transfer to the first night's hotel. Please note: the hotel used for the first night is not confirmed until after your reservation has been confirmed. However, the hotel used for this tour is usually located in Union City.
If you decide to self-transfer to the first night's hotel, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation. We will then provide you with the address of the first night's hotel after it is confirmed.

Either option you listed will work to join this tour on March 5th.
We can offer you a hotel extension at the Comfort Inn Cockatoo. They offer free shuttle service to and from LAX.
On March 5th, you would call the hotel and ask for free shuttle service from LAX.
On March 6th, you can use the hotel shuttle service again to go back to LAX to meet your tour guide.
Alternatively, you can self-transfer to the first night's hotel on March 6th.

There is a 7:30pm show and a 10pm show. Which one would you recommend for us to take? 2. There's 6 of us who want to join the tour. Since this tour is Buy 2, Get 1, we will only buy 4 slots so we have 2 free slots. How do we book that, specifically for the lodging section indicated in your website? Do we put 2 rooms, 3 adults each? Or just 2 rooms, 2 adults each? 3. If we want to join the April 8 to 10 (Sun-Tue), when would you recommend that we book this tour? The approximate arrival time to Las Vegas is 3-4pm. However, this timing is dependent on weather and traffic conditions the day of your tour.
In order to ensure you make your reservation for the Cirque show, it is highly recommended that you book the 10pm show.

Our 1-day tours of Los Angeles have departures early in the morning. Usually the departure times are between 6-9am.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to add a LA tour to your itinerary if your arrival is at 10am.
However, you are able to have free time in the area on the first day after your transfer to the first night's hotel.

You will not be able to substitute other tours into the tour itinerary. You may walk around the region, however; any side excursions are not recommended.
1 suit case and 1 carry on is the recommended amount, however; if you have more luggage we will accommodate the additional luggage.
